Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility window

You can request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date, provided the issue falls into one of the categories below. Requests made after this window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

2. When a refund applies

• The data product you received doesn't match the fields listed on the product page.
• A technical error on our end prevented you from accessing your purchase.
• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate transaction).
• The file was corrupted or unreadable and a replacement couldn't resolve it.

3. When a refund doesn't apply

• You changed your mind after downloading and reviewing the product.
• You purchased the wrong state or coverage area in error — see Section 5 for exchanges instead.
• More than 7 days have passed with no reported issue.
• The product has already been substantially used (e.g., bulk-imported into a CRM or outreach tool).

4. How to request a refund

1. Go to Contact Us and select the relevant product in the “Interested In” field, describing the issue in your message.
2. Include your order number (found in your confirmation email or Account → Orders) and a short description of the issue.
3. Our support team responds within 1–2 business days with a decision or a follow-up question.

5. Exchanges instead of refunds

If you purchased the wrong state or coverage area by mistake, we'll typically offer a like-for-like exchange rather than a refund — reach out within 48 hours of purchase and we'll swap it at no extra cost.

6. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times beyond that point are outside our control — please check with your bank or card issuer if funds haven't appeared after 10 business days.
